REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR MADHURYA
1. INTRODUCTION
At Madhurya, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
2. 10-DAY REFUND POLICY
We offer a 10-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any products that are damaged or tampered with.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@madhurya.co.
7. HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
To return your product, you should mail your product to: G-43, ABC (Angel Business Center)-2, ABC circle, sudama chowk, mota varachha, surat, pincode -394101. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. CHANGES TO OUR REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY
NO ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.
SEASONAL AND HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
As our products are handmade, made-to-order, and seasonal in nature, production and processing begin shortly after an order is received. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after an order has been successfully placed.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Refusing delivery of an order does not qualify as a cancellation. Shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any applicable handling fees will not be refunded.
EXCEPTION
Madhurya Handmade reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
